Our order processing time generally takes 1 to 2 business days. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday from Orange County, CA, United States. We do our best to drop orders off for shipping within 24 hours of the order being received. Estimated delivery times do not include weekends, national holidays, postal delays, or our order processing time.

Please note that once an order is processed, we are unable to change any details surrounding the purchase, such as the shipping address, payment information and order details. Please ensure all of your information is correct before placing an order. If you made an error, please email us as soon as possible at support@mightypooch.com (we will try our best, but it's not guaranteed that we will be able to make any changes).

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Save time and money: measure twice, purchase once. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your product(s), we will happily accept your return.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note the following criteria:

• Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Package must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
• Please Include the invoice with your order number, if you have it available
• All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. Mighty Pooch will not exchange or return any products that were damaged as a result of chewing or biting.
• Mighty Pooch is not responsible for returning back an item that does not meet the criteria above. Please contact us if you have any questions.
• Customer is responsible for any and all associated shipping costs to mail back any returns/exchanges. USPS is generally the cheapest way to return or exchange products, but you may use the courier of your choice. Mighty Pooch does not provide free return labels.

Once return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 2-3 days for processing. If you request a return, credit is applied to your original form of payment usually within 24-48 hours. If you request an exchange, please email us at support@mightypooch.com to ensure that we still have stock left of the size/item you are requesting.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

       We always recommend sizing up! Because our harnesses are easily adjustable, It is easy to adjust the neck and belly straps for ultimate comfort.

       YES! We will be featuring customers who post their Pooch in our gear.

       Of course! We offer hassle-free 30 day returns for all our items. The item needs to have no pet hair and in the same condition as received for full refund.
