EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Save time and money: measure twice, purchase once. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your product(s), we will happily accept your return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note the following criteria:
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Package must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
- Please Include the invoice with your order number, if you have it available
- All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. Mighty Pooch will not exchange or return any products that were damaged as a result of chewing or biting.
- Mighty Pooch is not responsible for returning back an item that does not meet the criteria above. Please contact us if you have any questions.
- Customer is responsible for any and all associated shipping costs to mail back any returns/exchanges. USPS is generally the cheapest way to return or exchange products, but you may use the courier of your choice. Mighty Pooch does not provide free return labels.

Once return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 2-3 days for processing. If you request a return, credit is applied to your original form of payment usually within 24-48 hours.
